Women at KBC
At KBC our Women’s Ministry encompasses all ages and provides a variety of opportunities for women to connect with each other and grow in their faith. We also love to welcome others from outside the church to enjoy community and meet with God.
The mission statement for our Women’s Ministry is: To encourage women to deepen their love for Christ and each other, equipping them to serve Him and others. Col. 3:12-17
We offer a number of options for regular fellowship and Bible Study to enable women to grow in their faith as well as be encouraged by each other. Additionally, our annual retreat and social events allow for further connection and spiritual growth as well as being great opportunities to invite other friends.
DUE TO COVID-19 ALL STUDIES & SOCIALS HAVE MOVED ONLINE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Ladies Morning Out Study
This Small Group for Women is every other Friday at 9:30–11:30 am via Zoom, starting April 9th! We invite Ladies to join us for a morning of discussion and digging deeper into the Bible. We are currently studying Elijah—Faith and Fire by Priscilla Shirer. Every fervent believer longs to summon up the kind of faith that can stand firm. Biblical heroes are examples of what happens when an ordinary life intersects with an extraordinary God.
Join us in studying Elijah—Faith and Fire with Priscilla Shirer in this 7-session study through the life and time of the prophet Elijah to discover how the fire on Mount Carmel was forged in the valley of famine. And how the emboldened, fiery faith you desire is being fashioned by God in your life right now.
Join us if you want to:
- Understand the value of seasons of growth and testing in your spiritual maturity.
- Be encouraged to wait on God's good work in your heart and mind, even in seasons when you feel like no one sees.
- Learn to trust in the goodness and faithfulness of God and his purposes for your life.
You can view a sample of the study here and find out more by watching this trailer video below.
We'd love to have you join us! Please order your own study book before we meet.
